I loved this sketch when she revealed it in December and saved it in my Page Maps folder for inspiration when I started scrapping again. I ran across it a few days ago and thought I'd give it a go! I don't often scrap pages about me ... mostly because the pictures of my granddaughters are always more photogenic, more cute and definitely more scrapable. But, wiith the help of Google I managed to locate some images online that would support my story and come close to the requirements of Becky's sketch.
Was it really back in February when I played in the Memorable Seasons Throwdown? It seems like just a couple of weeks ago. It was so much fun and I really have to credit the Throwdown for getting my scrapping mojo going again. Well, proof that these gals have the BEST challenges around ... they have announced their 2nd Annual Last Scrapper Standing Challenge will begin on June 13th! Well, it just sounds like sooo much fun! If you get a chance, check out their blog here.
Happy Scrappin'!
Another fantastic page. Ultimately, what's so unusual about you is that each of your layout is so... abundant! Abundant in photos, in embellishments, and in the story you tell! You always tell a story. It's not just about pretty photos and flowers and embellies, you have a message. And nothing looks too much, it looks like abundance! That's so unusual these days and so hard to achieve, but you do it so well! so so so well!
